
The year 2024 was dynamic for many industries. In the face of instability and new challenges, SC.Soft has demonstrated financial sustainability and strategic flexibility.

Entering the fintech market is one of the outstanding achievements of this year. SC.Soft was selected as the provider of the A2P platform for the largest bank in the CIS. The success of this case has shown that our system can work effectively both in the telecom solutions market and in the new field of fintech. This opens up the prospect of new projects and partnerships.
We are currently participating in more than 5 CEIR projects related to communication with prospective customers. It is important to note that SC.Soft has reached a new level in this regard: the company acts as an expert in the CEIR area. This year, we managed to implement a new event format — to arrange a benchmarking meeting for colleagues from one of the African countries. We introduced the client using CEIR to the one who is just planning it and discussed the best ways to implement such a solution for the second one.
eSIM is another promising area in which we have managed to get ahead. Cooperation with partners allows us to offer an excellent, comprehensive product that will not only sell eSIM, but also effectively manage the technology itself using the RSP platform.
We will proceed with the effortful and interesting projects, such as the supply of Multiplatform for one of the Central Asian countries. Entering a new market, in a remote format with a completely new customer, is also a promising case. When waiting for the completion of this project, the customer has already planned the installation of the Messaging Hub for next year. The trust shown is the highest assessment of the quality of our work.
SC.Soft learns, develops, introduces new initiatives and sees the results. It is important to highlight the growing interest of customers: now we are presented not only as vendors, but also as experts in the field of telecom and IT. This trust has also affected business performance: in 2024, we managed to implement 20% more projects than we expected.
We meet 2025 with a big list of new projects that will be realized in the near future. The roadmap approach has been reviewed and optimized, so that customers get as much benefit as possible. You can use the most up-to-date functionality of our systems, and, as a result, your subscribers will receive the highest quality service. We will also work out the Messaging solutions: add a billing component, update the interface, connect voice communication channels, improve the architecture of the solution, and add an anti-fraud module based on AI technologies.
