RSP (Remote SIM Provisioning)
A cloud-based platform for preparing, delivering, storing, and managing eSIM profiles for mobile operators. Developed in the SaaS format, it allows operators to introduce a speedy, cost-effective, and streamlined eSIM service.
eSIM (embedded SIM) is a module built into the device that replaces a physical SIM card. The device menu allows you to select an operator and a tariff, and to use all mobile services.
Card manufacturing cost reduction
Logistics cost reduction
Simple inventory management
Profile reusing
Low consumption devices (M2M/ IoT)
Wearable devices (watch)
Travel (e)SIM card market
Select multiple operators on a single device
Remote connection to the services of a telecom operator
eSIM cannot be broken, removed or lost
Phone manufacturers are interested in using eSIM: the SIM card slot becomes redundant, creating an additional space to increase the battery capacity.
The largest segment using the eSIM technology is consumer electronics.
According to the Market Research Future® research, the eSIM market will grow by 312% from 2018 to 2024.
The platform allows an MNO to get complete information on the status and the change history of each profile and also provides integration with MNO’s subsystems, such as billing or systems like the Device Management System.
The high qualification of the technical support service staff performing round-the-clock ensures both the service uninterrupted operation and the timely resolution of the client’s tasks.
When preparing an eSIM template, it is necessary to provide a large set of essential profile parameters that directly or indirectly affect the network registration of subscribers and their further maintenance.
Based on pre-prepared templates, profiles are generated with the reference to ICCID and IMSI, as well as a set of key information for each profile, which allows for a high level of protection of both personal and corporate subscriber data. A unique QR code is generated for each profile to identify it in the global eSIM infrastructure.
The prepared profiles are placed on GSMA SAS certified equipment, which provides guaranteed compatibility with all certified devices with eSIM support and ensures the highest level of protection of the operator’s subscriber data.
The platform will allow the operator to obtain complete information on each profile and its history of changes, as well as provide the cross-system integration with the operator subsystems, such as the Billing system or the Device Management System class ones.
After the eSIM profile is successfully installed on the device, the OTA platform allows to modify the profile and manage its applications remotely using SMS or TCP/HTTPS communication channels.
No need to install applications on local devices. They are located on a remote cloud network available via a web interface.
Minimizing the human factor and saving time will allow to provide more services and improve customer service
Profiles are hosted on the GSMA SAS certified equipment, thus ensuring the highest level of protection for the operator's subscriber data.
The operator provides general information for creating an eSIM profile template.
The company's specialists prepare the profile template for the operator.
The operator provides the IMSI and ICCID ranges and other personalized information for preparing a batch of profiles.
The platform automatically prepares a batch of eSIM ready-to-load profiles and provides QR codes for them.
Steps 3 and 4 may also be performed in order to test the profile template correctness.
We will create 100 free profiles
We will develop an individual eSIM profile template or clone an existing one
We will generate data for the HLR/HSS and the billing system
