SC.Soft is launching a structured Partner Program for the African region. The program is addressed to agents, direct partners, and systems integrators working with mobile operators and telecom regulators across the continent.
Who we’re inviting to collaborate
The program is open to:
Agents — external experts and scouts working with operators and regulators on a commission basis.
Direct partners and systems integrators — regional and international companies with a registered legal entity in their country of operation and their own team, ready to share financial risks and provide L1 customer support where required.
Partnership works best when your company has:
a strong understanding of the local market and clients;
a steady local presence in the region;
established relationships with key stakeholders;
a willingness to share project responsibilities and invest in a mutually beneficial partnership.
Our approach to partnerships
Deal protection. The partner stays involved in the deal at every stage — from the initial introduction through to contract signing. This is a formal part of the program and is contractually secured.
Flexible cooperation models. We tailor the format to each partner and project rather than applying a single template. Different collaboration schemes are possible, taking into account the partner’s financial model and the specifics of the local market.
Long-term relationships. We invest in developing our partners' competencies: team training, marketing and pre-sales support, documentation, and 24/7 technical support in English.
Our solution areas
For regulators and government authorities — solutions for IMEI registration and device identification. They help governments take control of the mobile device market: reducing phone theft, blocking counterfeit and grey-market imports, and enhancing tax and duty collection. The platform integrates with all in-country operators and the GSMA IMEI database, supports a public subscriber portal, and offers APIs for customs, law enforcement, and other government bodies.
For mobile operators and MVNOs — messaging infrastructure: SMSC, USSD Center, and SMS Hub. These solutions integrate easily into existing networks and help operators launch new services, manage traffic, and grow messaging revenue without unnecessary operational complexity.
