Currently, SC.Soft has been working only with external billing services of mobile operators and content providers using special information exchange protocols. As part of the update, all interactions with content providers and other participants of the process will be carried out by the platform: traffic counting and evaluation, invoice preparation, customer profile management, etc.
There are three pricing models planned: all at the same price, payment by number of messages or by directions. The cost of messages will also depend on the category: promotional mailings, transaction notifications, service messages, etc.
The integration of Messaging Hub with billing is a strategic step towards improving both customer interaction and the efficiency of business processes. The result of this update will be the ability to automate the payment notification process and provide customers with timely information about the status of their interaction with the company.
