SC.Soft's SMSC platform provides tools for visual configuration and debugging of SMS routing through a web interface.
In traditional SMSC systems, route configuration and business logic management are often performed via console commands and multiple configuration files. This complicates platform operation and increases the risk of errors when modifying settings, especially under high-load A2P traffic conditions.
In SC.Soft's solution, routing rules can be configured through a web interface. Routes are displayed as a graph or table, allowing engineers to quickly adjust message delivery logic between SMPP connections, internal services, and the signaling network.
Before applying a configuration, a routing simulation mode is available: engineers can specify message parameters and see the expected processing path along with a concise log of rule execution. This allows verification of settings without sending messages to the live network.
The web interface consolidates core SMSC operations, including management of SMPP connections, monitoring, SS7 signaling network diagnostics, performing SRI requests, and inspecting or clearing caches. The platform supports configuration versioning, change validation, and a review workflow with separated permissions for creating and applying configurations.
SMSC modules automatically receive updated configurations without requiring a restart, enabling changes to be applied without service interruption.
SC.Soft's SMSC platform has been delivered to telecom operators since 2006 and is used in dozens of installations across various countries.
