The feature was set for an operator with whom we have been cooperating for 8 years. Together we managed to install such of our products as DMS, USSD tails, and Multiplatform. Thus, our next destination was the integration of the Messaging Hub into the operator’s system in compliance with the assigned tasks.
Messaging Hub is a unique platform designed to route and deliver different types of messages (SMS, Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) between any applications, systems and users. The platform automatically chooses the optimal delivery channel depending on a variety of parameters available.
The key request from the operator was to facilitate the work for the marketing specialists by optimization of the mass mailing services. For that purpose, we provided the ability to conduct internal mailings through the updated web interface, to view delivery statistics and export reports.
In addition to the marketing processes upgrade, we installed a module allowing to connect clients for mailing via the SMPP protocol, necessary to transmit SMS and USSD messages. Now the operator can track the status of sent messages, divide users into groups, set and manage sessions between devices and phone numbers. It is also now possible to send SMS via HTTP requests (API).
Also, the implemented system enables third-party clients to use Messaging Hub for external mailings, creating lists, templates, etc.
As a result, we not only covered the core needs of the operator, but also let B2B partner users (companies, corporations etc.) independently send mailings to their customers through their personal account. Thus, the operator received stable and highly functional software (including support in an up-to-date form), good expertise regarding messaging solutions, and customization to operator’s requirements.
