The primary refinement of the platform included the installation of a traffic categorization module, as well as the configuration of message templates.

The module allows you to select parameters and block irrelevant content, choose particular pricing for certain types of messages, set priorities and perform other actions for your goals and objectives.
Using Messaging Hub, you can send information both quickly and safely: if the message text when sending differs from the template set for this type of message, the system will fix the mismatch and prevent such content from entering the selected channel. The function is available for SMS and Viber channels.
