We are thrilled to announce that SC.Soft will be participating in MWC Kigali, one of the biggest telecom events in Africa, taking place in Rwanda from October 29−31, 2024.
We can’t wait to connect, share ideas, and meet you all there! See you in Africa!
Engineers from one of our operator clients recently spent several days with us for in-person training on the platforms they run. The program was designed around a practical goal: once back home, the team should be able to operate the system confidently on their own, troubleshoot unexpected situations faster, and make full use of the capabilities built into the platform during deployment.
When an MVNO launches service on a host operator’s network, subscribers should see nothing but a working service: no sign of the infrastructure underneath. For the vendor handling the integration, the task looks different. The new operator has to fit into a live platform without its traffic ever touching the host’s.
The SC.Soft Messaging Hub platform receives, processes, and delivers messages across multiple channels: SMS, Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram, RCS, Push. For fintech companies and MVNOs, it solves three tasks that usually live in separate systems: delivery of transactional messages with cascading fallback, management of marketing campaigns, and transparent billing across all channels.
Please share your email and we’ll keep you informed about our new products and events. We promise, no spam:)
