The OTA platform has been updated — custom modules are now available, changing the way operators launch new services and manage SIM cards.
Previously, any non-standard task — whether updating cards with different software versions or rolling out a new service to a specific subscriber segment — required a separate development cycle. That means time, team resources, and the risk of errors when working with a large base.
Custom modules make these tasks more flexible: the logic adapts to each card automatically, based on its current state and characteristics. Operators get a tool that reduces dependency on development when launching standard OTA scenarios: card data updates, Service Provider Name (SPN) changes, applet installation, and a number of other operations.
The result: less manual work, fewer errors in bulk campaigns, faster rollout of new services.
In parallel, the platform is running a pilot integration with HSM hardware — dedicated devices for cryptographic key protection. This will strengthen the security of sensitive subscriber data handling at the hardware level.
